Andy — who more likely is in a canal — must owe this chap a few quid.

@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , the coppers comments about our hero Mr Andrew Capp are classic ;o) my avatar again is a picture of our fav actor Rowan Atkinson as mr Bean grinning because he’s in a good mood like I am, how was your day? ours should be mildly busy but we will cope i hope ,we both are in a good mood and with no shopping to do or errands to run we are just keeping inside the house and keep hydrated because it’s cold and rainy outside, keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady

You’ll find Andy ale-ing around this time of the night. But you will find him a stout fellow to talk to. He usually isn’t bitter about things, other than his football team. But by tomorrow, he’ll barley remember you, unless you paid for the beer that is.

Tonight is Burns Night named after the Scottish poet Rabbie Burns. His life is celebrated in Scotland and by Scots around the world including those here in England. Rabbie wrote the famous poem “To A Mouse” which includes the line “The best laid plans of mice and men aft gang agley.” This inspired the title of the Steinbeck novel “Of Mice And Men” and also the phrase “Are you a man or a mouse?”

Ok: no purple suit, but I haven’t seen that colour suit since the 70s.But, as for Andy, he was ‘Born to Run’.

Why is the building on the left behind him now in the distance in front of him when he seems to be walking a strait line?

    Their criticism seems harsh?

At least that eliminated the jail.

If the police were doing their job they would have warned that poor innocent soul about Andy’s reputation. It’s called crime prevention.

Reminds me of the two men in A Christmas Carol who, being new to the district, didn’t realize there was no point to approaching Scrooge for a contribution to their charity drive.
