In the real world the friends would have approached Anthony and, either told him, or asked if he liked LuAnn. This exact scenario happened to me in high school 40+ years ago. I would have thought these days teenagers are more upfront or bold. But maybe not!

I’ll bet Dawn will come clean and just ask for the note back. Hopefully without needing to rat out Candance’s “joke”, unless necessary. I put “joke” in quotes because I don’t consider it a joke at all.
