    I don’t remember it being covered much in my history classes, either (same time frame), except how it related to the U.S. revolution. I do recall that Canada and Mexico were covered briefly in geography classes.

    About 5 years ago I bought my wife a new car. The dealership was about 200 miles away and we were heading home down I25 while checking out the features. She got the radio synced with my phone and we put on some good music. We both felt a deep base, looked at each other and simultaneously exclaimed, “We have a f@#$^&% subwoofer!”

    Besides the back yard configured as a run where my cats can safely go outside I screened in my front porch so they can go out there to enjoy the sun. The run is on the north side of the house and is unusable a few months of the year but the porch faces south so always enjoys sunshine.
