Sounds kind of spongy.

Guy really hates water. No wonder everyone tries to stand upwind from him.

One of my faves is the one where Grog is trying to hear the ocean in a shell, and water comes out his other ear. The original “clams got legs” arc is a good one too..

One cup of butter, please. Plus some ground dust, finely ground.

This strip makes sense only if you recall that this character detests water in any form.

I didn’t know water made a sound while drying…much like watching paint dry⁉️☺️

“I love to smell the dusty ground, and taste the buttercup. But, how to do, I wish I’d found… inhale and not throw up…”

If he’s around to listen, he’ll love the increasing volume of drying water sounds as AGW climate change continues to intensify over centuries — right up until the permanent sound of silence when water on Earth’s surface is no more.

I’m amazed that he was able to use the word “water” without screaming.
