Ok: is it just me or do the characters look different? To me they have that same ‘Hagar the Horrible’ look… For example: https://comicskingdom.com/hagar-the-horrible
Almost three months without my big screen SmartTV. The repairman claims he’s got to get the electronic part from Peru since he can’t find one in Ecuador. Right!!!
When I do get it back, I’ll make him wait for three months to get paid!
I have now returned to my Wednesday volunteer job. It was a great day and I went to KFC afterwards. It’s so good to be back to my normal routine. The period between Christmas and New Year is so boring.
I will be at the carvery on the 18th and I’m waiting for my points to come through to get £10 off my main meal. As you know, I used my points to redeem a Google Play card last time.
Today I got 2 cards from Gweedo for my birthday and Christmas. They arrived at the office. The only international mail I’ve ever received was from Germany when I ordered a print of my favourite photo. They addressed me as “Frau” which I’m guessing is German for “Miss” Oh and I believe my AncestryDNA kit was shipped from America. So that too.
However I was told that staff and volunteers are not allowed to have personal mail sent to the office. I didn’t get into trouble, I was just informed about it. I got the cards late because of the Royal Mail strikes over here. Here are the photos of the cards Gweedo sent me including the inside:

Try the Closed Captions, Flo. The Count and Countess use English Closed Captions for a lot of BBC shows because of the accents.

Hey, Affie.
