Goofy Gorrell rails against Biden because oil companies don’t want to drill more oil in the US while raking in record profits, now he’s mad because after Venezuela kicked out Bolsonaro, the US wants to explore opening new avenues with the new government. Gorrell is just plain Goofy.
Maybe if the oil companies would use the licenses they already have rather than clamoring for more? OR, maybe take a look at the drop in oil prices because the market is over-supplied now.
Biden had his George Bush “Mission Accomplished” moment this week. Back in September, Mr. Union backer claimed credit for stopping a strike by the railroad workers. Easy to do when you give them a 24% raise. They waited until the election was over and now are saying they did not accept the deal and want more paid time off. So, Biden punts and leaves it to Congress to once again clean up another mess of his making. WPE (Worst President Ever). Never forget!
let’s drill more in America to lower gas prices in the short term, who cares about the cost of increased climate disasters (stronger hurricanes, more frequent floods, tornadoes, forest fires, droughts, heat waves)
My understanding is that Chevron a business is allowed to pump oil in Venezuela again. Since oil is world wide commodity, there’s no guarantee that any oil produced by them becomes American gasoline, right? Won’t it be bought/sold like any other oil around the world? And won’t that also be true if the knee-jerk “Biden won’t let us drill” crowd gets their “wish” and allow oil companies even more free reign?
Good news on the energy front: suddenly, “inexplicably,” gas prices at the pump dropped a good bit most everywhere, soon after the election. Almost as if they’d been ‘artificially kept high.’
There comes a point when one realizes that regardless of the facts brought to arguing over issues, the Right Wing totally ignores them and it’s pointless to keep trying.
A very simplistic analysis of what’s happening. Throw in some homophobia, tacit misogyny, and a tax cut for the wealthy and it would be the perfect Republican cartoon.
Marco Rubio slams Biden shutting down a rail strike for workers who want more paid sick leave: ‘I will not vote to impose a deal that doesn’t have the support of the rail workers’
I didn’t know Rubio was a socialist and a union lover.
Anybody notice how gas prices are dropping now that the midterms are over? Nothing political about that. I mean it’s not like the fossil fuel industry has anything against democrats. (windfall profits tax? just the threat was enough)
America always wants to police the rest of the world instead of focusing on problems right here! A major example is the issue with these assault weapons!

Gorrell and the rest of the mob like using the word Venezuala almost as much as Hillary, Benghazi, or George Soros!

Like all Trump Disciples, Gorrell does not notice the profits of the oil industry.
Of course, even if he did notice, he would never make the connection between gas prices and those profits.

Good plan, keep the environmentalist at home happy by not drilling in their backyard.
