no clocks on the wall apparently

I noticed someone wearing a wristwatch today and realized that it’s been a couple of years since I remember seeing one.

What’s old is new again. Pocket watches are making a comeback, as smart phones.

A long time ago when I had to send off my phone back to the manufacturer for a fix to be made to it, I had to go 3 days without my phone. It’s only then that you realise just how much you use it. A bit scary really and I’m not even a heavy user like most that I see.

A related game: in a restaurant everyone places their phone face down in front of them. The first to pick it up pays the tab.

Ooooh, they’re clock blocked.

The post apocalypse will be apocalyptic without the internet
