I wonder if we will find out what made the site “unavailable” until just now. I am also catching up with the “Jumble Daily in Color”, which went down and was restored the same time.

Rumour has it that the web site violated one or both of the two unwritten rules.

Reminded of an OLD joke. The Doc prescribes two pills: “Take one before bed and one if you wake up in the morning.”

How does one take a pill right before they wake up… Don’t they have to be awake take or are we taking in our sleep?

My mom hates pills but she gotta use them I hope I won’t have them coz I have to crush them I can’t swallow Btw—I am glad its back on after almost a week!!

I found an article on line that indicated that the group providing syndication for all these cartoons had stopped doing so. While establishing a contract with another syndication entity, the cartoons were not available. I couldn’t find a date confirmation however. This has happened in recent years as newspapers disappear completely, go online, or streamline their content.
