Already some Republicans are calling for reducing aid to Ukraine, just too much money to support a Democracy in peril as the money is needed much more here at home to support tax cuts for the ultra rich which increases economic growth….

Because of the GQP, we can’t have anything nice. They think that we don’t deserve it. We all should and could have the benefits they have set up for themselves.

Greed is good. So is violence, bigotry, misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia, white supremacy, hypochristian theocracy, authoritarian nationalism, deceit, division, exclusion, etc … while math, science, secondary education, equal justice, equal opportunity, democracy, proportional representation, elections, republican principles, etc are hindrances to today’s GOP.

The GQP, the party of 1 Strong Black Woman, RikkiTikkiTavvi, ammo nomenclature du jouer sans sens, and sammy, when they can’t win fairly, they just cheat, and the sick part is so many of them are so whack that they insist the Dems are cheating first. Then, here’s where their train goes over the cliff, crazy. Their proof that we are cheating is that they get caught cheating, which proves that cheating is occurring, thus, we might and must be doing it, thus they should cheat………………………………………………Right-Wing Populists, does that about cover it?:

If you want to see the Repubs’ blueprints for the U.S., read the extensive doc they wrote over the summer with their goals if they gain control of Congress. Much more in-depth than McCarthy’s comments a few weeks back.

Nice use of the Bee and the Cricket as a parable. The Bee builds and their actions bring life to the surroundings through pollination. The Cricket just devours and destroys, bringing death.

When it comes to be known as endangering, threats, plots, etc, YES! Some Social media sites encourage this menacing verbiage…there are too many ignorant people who are influenced easily…Example: the FLOCK OF RUMPLE❗️❗️❗️

Then along comes the dense fog of money that is glyphosate to democracy.

There aren’t many political toons that I save, but this is one of ‘em. What a great portrayal of the current situation. The Dems as the pollinators of democracy while the Repubs are seeking to bring down democracy at its stem. Time was that GOP meant Government of the People. Now it seems to mean Government of and for Trump’s People, and only Trump’s genuflectors need apply. Hector talks about the totalitarian state coming by way of the Dems, but the new Repub order is the most totalitarian of them all.

I am still kind of new here but I have been reading the comics and comments for a long while. Let me just throw this out there and see what the concensus is as it should be in a democracy. If giustizia translates into the word justice and Hector was a Greek hero and the word Hector can also mean bully does that not sound like a long term troll who was known for Greek themes and changing identities as much as for his insane rants?
