Phobophobia sounds a bit silly, but it’s actually a fairly common psychological condition. People who have a severe phobia or anxiety disorder, or who are close to someone else who does, can sometimes develop a pathological anxiety about becoming afraid.

Agoraphobia, in fact, can often be a form of phobophobia where an individual is afraid of having a panic attack in public. The whole thing forms a cycle which can make the initial fear even harder to treat.

In the 1920s the Ottawa Senators were riding home with the Cup when the car suffered a puncture. They al piled out of the car, changed the tyre and drove off. Leaving the Cup at the side of the road. The next year, along the same road, they stopped to call a bet, who could kick the Cup the farthest across the Rideau canal. (It was still March when the Cup was decided). Yes, some drunk hockey player kicked Lord Stanley’s Cup across the canal. And besides having had champagne and beer drunken from it, the cup has been used the bathe and baptist babies. (Not at the same time). And has been photographed in Mario Lemieux ’s pool and other places.

Dog owners understand that you need to have rules for your dogs.

    Dog Rules.

    1. The dog is NOT allowed in the house.

    2. Okay, the dog is allowed in the house, but ONLY in certain rooms.

    3. The dog is allowed in all rooms, but has to stay OFF the furniture.

    4. The dog can get on the OLD furniture only.

    5. Fine, the dog is allowed on all the furniture, but is not allowed to sleep with the humans on the bed.

    6. Okay, the dog is allowed on the bed, but only by invitation.

    7. The dog can sleep on the bed whenever he wants, but not under the covers.

    8. The dog can sleep under the covers by invitation only.

    9. The dog can sleep under the covers every night.

    10. Humans must ask permission to sleep under the covers with the dog.

A scientist is driving around the countryside looking for elderly test subjects to measure how people live longer.

She comes across a dilapidated cabin with a very old and worn-out man sitting in the rocking chair on his front porch.

The scientist approaches the man and says “Pardon me, sir, but what’s your secret to long life?”

The man says “I smoke two packs of cigarettes a day, drink chocolate milk for breakfast and eat burgers for lunch and dinner, and I wash it all down with a swig of hard liquor”.

“Wow!” exclaims the scientist. Exactly how old are you?”

    “26.” came the reply.

The Natural History Museum lists Irish botanist Hans Sloane as the inventor of drinking chocolate with milk. Sloane found the local Jamaican beverage consisting of cacao and water served to him in Jamaica unpalatable, but by adding milk to it, found it much improved. However, according to historian James Delbourgo, the Jamaicans were brewing “a hot beverage brewed from shavings of freshly harvested cacao, boiled with milk and cinnamon” as far back as 1494.

Why would a dog need to know what time it is? They only care about dinnertime, playtime, and bedtime.

Murphy approached his mate Patrick at the bar and said to him very seriously, “There’s somethin’ I feel I should be tellin’ you and it is a bit personal”.“Well, what is it then?”, replied Patrick.

Murphy moved a little closer and wispered “Last night when you were makin’ love to your wife in the front room, you left the curtains open an’ the light on. There was quite a crowd in the street pointin’ an’ laughin’ at you.” “Ha! Ha! Ha!”, said Patrick, “The jokes on them cause I wasn’t even home last night”.
