Documents, even on her private server, were secured by SCIF protocols, not in areas accessible to persons with no security clearances nor mixed with personal mementos, Time magazine covers, etc.

It’s a misuse of the quote. Donald Trump removing documents isn’t potential violations, it’s actual violations.

He just had to find the right guy to Barr any evidence that could be used against him. Worked for Reagan and Bush Sr.

Even if he had magically declassified all the documents in his possession (and there’s zero evidence he did), he had no right to possess them.
