James Comey was clearly partisan. VERY clearly. And if he’s responsible for allowing the orange mistake to take that office, then he has a LOT to answer for.
A DOJ appointed by a Republican president investigated and found no charges to be brought against Ms. Clinton. Documents, even on her private server, were secured by SCIF protocols, not in areas accessible to persons with no security clearances nor mixed with personal mementos, Time magazine covers, etc.
@Ballast- Yeah that along with everything else is coming right back to bite former Idiot #1 right in the keisters! Or as Jackie Gleason would say to Audrey Meadows: “POW!! RIGHT IN THE KISSER!!” LOL!!

Whose judgement is “our judgement”?
Comey was fired from the FBI by the defendant.

They need to judge his case based on CURRENT LAW, not “pie in the sky” laws that they wish existed. :P

It’s “judgment”, not “judgement”; at least in legal documents.

No ex-president has ever been brought up on criminal charges, therefore it can never happen. It’s the law!

Gorrell copy/pastes Trump holding a piece of paper from
https://www.gocomics.com/bobgorrell/2020/04/20
flips it horizontally and stretches him wider.
Gorrell unable to defend Trump’s actions, once again resorts to “whataboutism”

Sure, Bob. Hillary had top secret documents lying all over her home office after she left the State Department.

It’s a misuse of the quote. Donald Trump removing documents isn’t potential violations, it’s actual violations.

He just had to find the right guy to Barr any evidence that could be used against him. Worked for Reagan and Bush Sr.

Even if he had magically declassified all the documents in his possession (and there’s zero evidence he did), he had no right to possess them.

Is that an outline of Florida underneath the text, or do we need to get Stormy Daniels in here to verify?
