Senator Hawley is my state Senator…yes, I’m sorry also. I sent this to his office this morning:
Dear Senator Hawley,
I have a suggestion for fundraising for our State Parks; we should hold a Josh Hawley 5K Coward Run. Participants can donate $15.00 or $25.00 and dress like a fleeing Missouri State Senator. At the starting line, all runners must give a fist pump in the air and then begin the run. Trophies can be given out for First Place, Second place, etc. Additional awards can be offered for the most effete runner and best high-pitched screaming during the run.
Please have someone in the Senator’s office call me about this; I think we can really do a lot of good for our Missouri State Parks. Furthermore, please assure the Senator that he doesn’t need to be afraid. We can get numerous park rangers assigned to protect the Senator from chipmunks, squirrels, or whatever other faunae that might terrify him. Thank you for your time.

Send videos, screen shots and jokes about this to Hawley’s office. Maybe if the people that work for these scumbags get embarrassed enough they won’t work for slugs.
Had to go look it up, since I don’t follow the more minor QPs by name. (Yeah, my meaning for ‘minor’ and yours might reasonably vary).
My take away is that the right whingers ALMOST ALWAYS choose to fight back against their very own (self perceived) weakness. And blame Democrats too, of course. Why do you need a law against (being transgender, smoking pot, loving someone of your sex, having an abortion…)? Because you think it is wrong and you know that you are tempted to behave in that way.
Even the worst Republicans, like Hawley, are realizing they have nowhere to hide from the hate, bigotry, racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and the complete emptiness of the Republican Party they created.
People who vote for the likes of Hawley are often like him — bullies and cowards. Since Hawley behaved exactly as a bully does — beat up on those weaker and run in the face of danger — this won’t faze his voters in the least.

The Dems should use this ‘toon in campaign posters for the next election he’s part of, just to remind the voters of his True values.
