My company successfully staved off unions for many years, sometimes with difficulty. All the major unions tried and failed to get in. Our Human Resources (HR) Manager told me that one person she interviewed had listed on his resume, “Union Organizer.” Talk about clueless! Or brazen!

Telling the boss you wanna join a union during an interview isn’t a good idea. They generally give raises based on how productive you are.
