    That there’s funny, is it a sad comment that I can still recall how bad school lunches were after 50ish Years (I still can’t eat ‘Chili Mac’).

    I still remember the whole wheat bread with the white oleo before the yellow for it came into play. Hated it, no matter what color.

    I gotta say that some of the best meals in my memory were from my high school back in the 1970s. The food director had a fun hobby of replicating popular recipe dishes from around the local area restaurants.

    If “Urpa” Major suggests the school year, that means school is 12 months long. In the northern hemisphere, Ursa Major never sets. It does appear higher or lower depending on the season, though.
