Personally, I agree with Bush, Sr. on this. I’ve tried broccoli prepared in every possible fashion. I still try it every now and then and hate it as much as I did 70 years ago.
As far as I am concerned, there is nothing anyone can do to broccoli to make it fit for human consumption.
I did not scrape and claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat plants!

I love broccoli! Don’t care for it raw, but any other way is fine. If it’s not overcooked, it has a faintly sweet taste.
