Well, at least he’s aware of his need to stay active, though not much.
I take walks on my nights off that probably add up to about 10,000 steps, nights I work I’m sure I go well over
Don’t think I really want to know the exact number for either one
I can beat that but only because I started in Sep 2021 and I haven’t gotten to 10K steps yet. Or maybe its broken
If I watch “The 39 Steps” 256 times…?
