I think some animals will instinctively go off (somewhere else) to die.

When I was a kid, the cats would go under the porch to die. Or, dive under the wheels of a milk truck.

I have never met anyone who was apathetic about the subject of death. We all will face that final curtain. I am 66 and have no idea when I will pass on. It could be a short period of time or it could be still years from now. My dad died at 35 when he was killed on the job in 1961. We just never know for sure how long we have in this world.

Surprised she didnt also get him travel protection. If you die more than 100 miles from home , the policy gets you home for FREE!, and its good for your lifetime. I sell them all the time.

“before you die” is redundant… you only go one place after you die

How about some island where some natives still practice cannibalism?

Our very ill german shep walked a mile from our house, and somehow got onto I-90, where we found him.

Some people do pack their seniors off onto cruise ships and encourage them to do the “man without a country” thing until they die. Not so popular these days, though.
