The Roberts Court will be known in history as the one in which the Supreme Court finally lost it’s last shred of credibility and respect.

If Roe v. Wade is overturned, it won’t end the abortion debate per se. It will essentially kick the matter over to the states. With ruby red states restricting (or even criminalizing) abortions while blue states take steps to protect the right to choose. Purple states (like OH and MI) could go either way, I guess. This also would (hopefully) shift the focus of the abortion debate from the preborn zygote/embryo/fetus (where it has been the focus for at least 25 years or so) to its original focus, the woman seeking the abortion (not because she “wants” it, few if any do, but because she doesn’t feel she can bring what she’s bearing into the world). The leak of the particular bombshell from the Supreme Court also shows that Justice should have 20-25 year term limits (and make those retroactive to the Justices who have already served that long).

@Northgalus2002 – The question of right to choose starts with the act of intercourse.Both men and women know the results of it if not protected. If they choose notto be careful or protected and pregnancy occurs. Who is at fault. Is the child being formed as a human being guilty of any action.
