My brother-in-law made the best popcorn the old fashion way in a big pot with oil and popcorn kernels. Ig brought back memories of my childhood, hearing the kernels POP and then drizzling the kernels with melted butter…..you could never drizzle on too much butter!!!!

If you don’t drown it in butter, popcorn is a terrific lo-cal, hi-fiber snack. I make up a batch several times a week to get me through the munchies.
