A friend of mine is so upset because she can’t get an appointment with a tax “assistant”. . .she didn’t even start looking for one until April 4th! I mean, really, people . . . tax time is like Christmas: IT COMES THE SAME TIME EVERY YEAR!!!!
to everyone above who mentioned the government’s borrowing habits, you’d do the same if, like the government, you could get away with borrowing as much as you like and spending beyond your means. and why pay out of pocket when you can buy the same things with someone else’s money…?
