Maybe Ftucker, HAMnnity and the rest of the Pooty-pants apologists should travel to the Ukraine and report from there, instead of sitting in their “comfortable” studios in NYC!!

Treason is still OKAY if a Democrat* does it. After all, Democrats* believe that Putin is a peace keeper, maybe an oath keeper, too.

    • Nobody in America is rootin’ for Putin

    [ murder is bad ]

    • 68 % of Americans support same-sex marriage

[ for the math impaired: near seven out of ten of us ]

    • 79% support protections against discrimination

    [ 8 out of ten ]

    • 66% oppose allowing service refusals.

    [ 2 out of 3 ]

    • In 2004, 11 states held referendums to outlaw same-sex marriage; all 11 passed

[ 0 for 11 – turns out that discrimination really is unconstitutional ]

    • In 2014, 35% of Republicans supported same-sex marriage

    • The Supreme Court mandated marriage equality in 2015

    • In 2021, 48% of Republicans supported same-sex marriage

    • Transgender rights and other culture war fights coming up the same

[ discrimination is really unpopular and unconstitutional ]

Tucker Carlson and all the other noisy Republicans know these things. There is only one way that this is ever goanna go — all human beings will have identical rights and protections, including Ukrainians.

Vast amounts of conservatives’ time / money / energy are so wasted trying to turn back a progress that is natural and inevitable. The GOP winning all the elections would only slow equality down for a bit – the thing cannot be denied.

Asking for a friend; ”What should Republican public servants be legitimately working on, and why doesn’t Mr. Carlson ever talk about those things, the ones that could possibly make a positive difference to his audience?”

Russian Shill Sean Hannity Recites Kremlin Propaganda on His Nightly Biden Bashing Hour on FOX News

It’s true that Hannity has been saying that Biden is weak throughout his presidency. That’s bad enough under ordinary circumstances, but it’s downright treasonous during wartime. Hannity is giving aid and comfort to our enemy who is currently slaughtering civilians in Ukraine, our democratic ally. Talk about “emboldening bad actors.” Hannity is describing himself, his colleagues at Fox News, and the Republican Party, doing just that.

Hannity’s embrace of Kremlin propaganda (again) comes just one day after Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov singled out Fox New for praise, saying that “only Fox News is trying to present some alternative point of view.” By which he means a point of view that is approving of Putin’s inhumane massacre of innocents. And Hannity continues to earn that praise with servile commentaries like this one, wherein he sympathetically recites the words of his masters in Moscow, while callously ignoring the human tragedies that are taking place even as he speaks.

Fox is entertainment for mean spirited morons.

Why do you all bother watching Tucker if he irritates you so much. He, and Hannity, and others like CNN are just editorial commentators not fact news, don’t take them as fair and balanced reporters. People like Pierre visually bring the real truth. Enough of these talk show generals and opinionates.

Judd Legum, editor of public accountability newsletter, “Popular Information” in the Kansas City Star:

On Monday, Popular Information broke the news that Koch Industries, the Wichita-based conglomerate run by right-wing billionaire Charles Koch, continued to do business in Russia through three wholly-owned subsidiaries. Hundreds of other companies have exited Russia as its military intensified attacks on Ukraine, including targeting civilians.Koch Industries did not respond to multiple requests for comment. It attempted to let the story fade away without confirming or denying its activities in Russia. But Popular Information’s report on Koch Industries was picked up in the New York Times, CBS News, Newsweek, Marketwatch, Daily Beast and other outlets. On Wednesday morning, Popular Information exposed how pundits and groups backed by Charles Koch were publicly advocating against economic sanctions on Russia — without disclosing their ties to Koch.On Wednesday afternoon, Koch Industries finally spoke. It released a public statement from Koch Industries’ COO, Dave Robertson. The statement confirmed that Koch Industries was still doing business in Russia. And it made clear that Koch Industries has no plans to stop:“Koch company Guardian Industries operates two glass manufacturing facilities in Russia that employ about 600 people. We have no other physical assets in Russia, and outside of Guardian, employ 15 individuals in the country. While Guardian’s business in Russia is a very small part of Koch, we will not walk away from our employees there or hand over these manufacturing facilities to the Russian government so it can operate and benefit from them (which is what The Wall Street Journal has reported they would do). Doing so would only put our employees there at greater risk and do more harm than good.”

    His editorial concludes:

This is an extraordinary public statement. Koch Industries is attempting to argue that continuing to operate in Russia is in the best interest of Ukraine and the Russian people. The company suggests that shuttering its massive glass manufacturing plants would benefit the Russian government. The implication is that the hundreds of companies that have left Russia are, in fact, empowering Russian President Vladimir Putin’s regime.Koch Industries is also directly rejecting the explicit plea that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made in an address to the United States Congress on Wednesday. “All American companies must leave their market immediately because it is flooded with our blood,” Zelenskyy said. This is a defining moment for Koch Industries, the second-largest privately-held company in the United States, and Charles Koch, one of the most influential figures in American politics. Jane Mayer, who wrote the book “Dark Money: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right,” chronicling the Koch network, said that statement revealed that “all Koch’s talk of rights and liberty means nothing … making money is what they value.”It will not soon be forgotten.

Now a note from Godfreydaniel: Koch Industries has a long long history of committing financial crimes of various kinds, with the only punishments ever being wrist slaps. It is an organized crime outfit, like the Trump Outfit. You have to wonder if possibly Treasonous Tucker is taking bribes to spout pro-Putin nonsense…..
