Hmmm…so much mis-information. Vaccines against the major diseases range in effectiveness and duration. Tetanus & Rubella – close to 100%. Rotavirus and Flu – 70% and <>50%. Coronavirus TBD.

Will a vaccine GUARANTEE you won’t get a disease? No, it reduces the likelihood and reduces the impact. A seatbelt won’t keep you from having a car wreck, it might help you maintain control and during the wreck reduces the possibility of being thrown from the car or through the windshield.
