I’m sure when confronted with evidence of his crimes in various Presidential documents, he’ll just say “Those aren’t mine. I was holding them for a friend.”

Donald Trump can hardly claim that he did not know about the Presidential Records Act. He kept banging Hillary Clinton over the head with it — accurately describing it and its penalties — over and over during the 2016 presidential campaign. Hillary’s horrific crime? After tens of thousands of emails were examined, it turned out that THREE of them inadvertently included material that was classified deep in the chain of the email thread. It was deemed innocent and accidental.

Hillary Clinton was not the president.

Donald Trump was president, and now we learn that HE STOLE FIFTEEN BOXES (maybe more, they are still investigating), and it turns out these included CLASSIFIED material, including material that was TOP SECRET and for limited distribution. Of course, this is consistent with his ANTI-AMERICAN PRO-RUSSIAN disregard for national security when HE GAVE CLASSIFIED MATERIAL (that belonged to an ally, not ours) TO THE RUSSIANS IN THE OVAL OFFICE.

But wait, there’s more. We now know that he also tore up documents. He burned documents. White House aides reported that they found documents clogging the toilets that he had tried to flush down the plumbing. And oh yeah, HE EVEN ATE DOCUMENTS. (I hope he got indigestion.)

    Trump was not an aide.

Trump was not a cabinet officer.

    TRUMP WAS THE PRESIDENT.

He cannot claim he did not know the law that he cited over and over in 2016.

I notice the TrumpubliQans who made so much noise about three mishandled emails from Hillary have suddenly grown mighty silent in the face of massive criminal violations from Trump.

Charge him with ANYTHING. Oh, wait, we TRIED that and Mitch McConnell’s gang of thuglicans perverted the trial. But oh, wait again: He’s not the President, so Mitch can’t do anything about it! What the frock are y’all WAITING for?

I had access to classified information above the level Top Secret for 20 years, never brought any home, I feel so left out. Also the IRS began its audit of Trump in 2011, why so long with no results or report…fishy or ??

Let’s take a look… His kids had security ratings way above what they needed or ever should have come within a mile of, almost the whole family was using their own phones, emails, and Twitter to discuss sensitive matters, they were lax in security protocols, and they couldn’t keep a secret to save their lives if there was dime one involved for any of them.

The what’s good for the goosesteppers is good for the gander thing should be all set then, right?

Now, what was that phrase that the RWNJ’s kept on sayin’ over and over and over again? Only they had no proof but there’s a lot of it here.

A disgrace to America but he keeps raising millions for his “war chest”! Almost 1/2 of congress needs to be gone for treasonist actions, words, and forming cult like groups to overthrow the GOP and DEMs……

Not only to AMERICA, but to the WORLD, AMERICA has plummeted in status and is not the country we once were…..

I agree; he should be brought up on charges. However, trump’s pea-sized brain figured out that if you have enough money, get people to fight your battles for you, and are a sociopath without a conscience; you will get away with 95% of stuff the rest of us would be prosecuted for.

He will never be charged with the crimes he has committed; the apathy of those in charge of such decisions makes this a certainty.

Former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger was sentenced in 2005 to two-years probation and fined $50,000, lost his law license and was disbarred, for stealing FOUR highly classified documents from the National Archives and intentionally destroying some of them.

But then, he wasn’t a Republican.

Rump needed those “records” to put inside his “future” Presidential Library. All he has so far is paintings of himself and Happy Meal boxes.

If a regular citizen did anything like this, they would be in jail before the sun went down! It is just more proof that politicans live a different set of laws than the rest of us.

Trump flushed papers down toilets…causing clogs…which maintenance had to clear (and recover). Doing that while living in a building with 20+ working fireplaces shows how inept the man is.

Trump and his family are steeped in the criminal mind. Dear old KKKlandaddy taught Trump and he has carried on the evil tradition in his own. We see its poisoned fruits every day.

Oh and I like the drawing of the casket symbolizing that former Dope #1 may have finally buried himself! But I think the things that have been keeping him out of jail so far for all the other things he’s done, is his money and his powerful connections.

He, like his father, simply shrugs, pays a fine and admits no guilt. He lawyer shops. If the government has a provable case, he switches to lawyers who bring spurious challenges and delays attempting to wear down prosecutors. Like with Watergate, we need a special prosecutor appointed whose sole focus is to build the case and get it in front of a judge.
