I completely disagree. The original theatrical release with the film noir voice track will always be the best in my opinion.

Just watched Blade Runner – Black Lotus. Good anime

Watched neither the old version or the new version – I somehow feel I’ve not missed much.

The amount of fun you have in witnessing inferiority depends very much on your starting position on the inferiority scale.

As always, I wonder why they’re married.

My favourite and most justifiable version of this kind of special edition that I have is the 80’s Little Shop of Horrors on bluray. It contains the standard version and the director’s first version, less liked by the screening audience, where Audrey Jr ate the main cast members, no happy ending, distributed throughout the country and proceeded to go gaiju on the land.
