Take a deep breath, Bunny.

Poor Rabbit! Look up, dear! People need to remember to look up at the world around them.

Breathe in slowly, to a slow count of four. Hold it for the same count. Breathe out to the four count. Hold it for the same count. Keep doing it for several minutes and see if you feel less anxious. Poor bunny.

Try the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 method using your senses. This would be great during your forest walk, sweet Bunny. <3

5: Focus on FIVE things you see around you. 4: Find FOUR things you can touch around you. 3: Listen for THREE things you hear. 2: Pay attention to TWO things you can smell. 1: Focus on ONE thing you can taste.

Great advice everyone. Awareness Rabbit sweetie, you must cultivate awareness. Looking up is a good start.

Rabbit, start looking up. It may not help your anxiety, but at least you’ll have a better view. ♥

Don’t look so down, Rabbit.

Look up and observe the sunlight filtering in through the trees. That may help.

Aww…Head UP, li’l buddy ! …from an old guy who also spends too much time lookin’ at the dirt.

I don’t know if looking down is the real problem, or not “seeing” what rabbit’s looking at, like in panel 3. Case in point, near ground level I once noticed a few tiny white mushrooms in a small nook at the base of a fir tree. They were smaller than the needles lying next to them. The picture I took is usually my desktop background this time of year.

Look up little bunny, it’ll be okay.

Matt, I miss Cat Cafe. It is such a heart warming strip. I hope that this is a ‘vacation’ and that you will return soon. Wishing you all the best in 2022.

I feel relaxed & refreshed in the forests of the northwest & northeast forests of the United States. & parts of other countries.

Avalon nailed it, but I’d like to add “look up at the beautiful sky.” I love this strip.

Why is he starring at the dirt? Is he throwing shuriken at it? Or is the dirt the star of the strip? With whom is the dirt co-starring?

Sometimes, in the depth of sadness or anxiety, you cannot see the wonder around you. The wonder is still there, it is just that your eyes are covered by the cataracts of problems that you face.

Does anyone realize Matt misspelled ‘staring’?
