It seems that the New York Attorney General has both Civil and Criminal cases going against Trump – and she wants a deposition from him, I believe, on the civil case. Interesting. It should be noted that in a criminal case you can legally use the 5th Amendment to not testify – you cannot do the same in a civil case – it counts against you in civil cases – you’re actually “admitting” something by pleading the 5th in such cases.
