    Stupid is as stupid does.

Guess what? if you live in a county that voted majorly Red for the “former guy”, you have a 3x higher chance of dying from covid-19…why??? It could be because of policies about anti-maskibg and anti-vaxxing…it could be because of poor health services…it could be because of worshiping false myths about freedumbs that are soooo very important for the far-reicht macho, gun-carrying, “my body/my choice, your body/my choice”, evangical, foaming at the mouth, can’t keep their pants zipped, cis male and their subservient enabling rabid female abettors. Stupidity is contagious, especially when it becomes a cultural breeding ground for more variants of stupidity.

Both sides wrong on this one, imo:

GQP: Wrong to oppose general vaccination and MOST wrong to support idjit conspiracy BS.

Biden/Democrats: Wrong to assert without proof that a vaccination lowers your probability of shedding the virus if you get another infection.

I think that the Democrats actually have a case, but have not done the work of proving it. Seems likely to me, with NO proof, that if you’re less sick => less coughing … for a shorter period of time => fewer breaths while shedding virus… then it stands to reason (<= That’s a big red flag that I have no data) you would be less likely to (re)infect someone else.

Yeah, it’s really weird how so many republicans who literally jumped at the chance to get vaccinated against covid AND jumped the line to get their boosters are telling everyone it’s against their best interests to be vaccinated.
