Saturn does have the lowest density of all the planets. It is less dense than water.
So … hypothetically, if you could get a container of water big enough and fill with water, Saturn would float in it.
Looks like a gas giant to me. And I”m guessing the most prevalent gases are nitrogen and oxygen.

There is no water there. It is a soap pod planet and would dissolve.
Now that’s what you call a gas giant.
I don’t know about the water content, but it definitely has ring around the planet.
