Who’s worried? Countries need to spend their money on adapting to climate change rather than trying to stop climate change. We’re in a losing situation, “the West” is spending $Trillions to reduce CO2 and is going into massive debt while “the East” is adding more C)2 to their output than we are reducing and all the while raking in our $Trillions.
