Well, now, except for FDR, I seem to remember most Dem presidents having the same problem herding the cats of his own party. We are a very diverse group from all ethnic persuasions and everyone has to have their say. Walking in lock step just isn’t our thing. There have been times that I admired the Repubs ability to at least seem united. But, that’s the only thing I admire.

Biden restores protections to Utah land where dinosaurs once roamed

At the end of 2017, Trump’s administration pulled back borders of three protected areas, two of them in Utah, opening previously safeguarded land to mining and fishing.

President Joe Biden on Friday restored environmental protections for two wild Utah expanses linked to America’s indigenous history, and also a biodiverse area of the Atlantic.

Biden signed the proclamations at a ceremony on the North Lawn at the White House, restoring the full size and status at Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante monuments in Utah, as well as the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts area off the east coast.

“After the last administration chipped away their protections, today I’m proud to announce the protection and expansion of three of our most treasured national monuments,” he said.

So far, his tenure in the White House has been marked by successive, self-created scandals, especially at the southern border and the totally botched exit from Afghanistan. But the most lasting, broadest policy blunder of all is the Biden economic crisis that will culminate in a holiday season of shortages, frustration, and economic malaise.The latest data points showcase the severity of inflation’s surge, with last week’s Core PCE (personal consumption expenditure index) reaching the highest level in 30 years. That number validates the earlier consumer price index readings of June through August at 5.3% or above, the highest inflation levels since 2008. Compare that pricing spike with the end of the Trump term, when the 45th president handed off to Joe Biden a tame inflation rate of only 1.4% for January 2021. In fact, even as America aggressively reopened from pandemic restrictions in mid-2020, Trump engineered an economic recovery with inflation at 1.4% or lower for the last six months of his administration.

And the biggest mess:Former congresswoman and Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard says she is seriously dismayed with the Biden administration’s border policies and believes they are jeopardizing national security.

“The Biden-Harris administration has an open-door policy at the borders. The reality is that people are being let in and crossing the border every single day,” Gabbard told Judge Jeanine Pirro on Fox News over the weekend. “It doesn’t matter how many times Secretary Blinken or Kamala Harris or anyone from the administration says, you know, don’t come across the border.”

She told the host that “The Department of Homeland Security secretary (Alejandro Mayorkas) recently told Congress: ‘Our borders are secure.’ This is what he said … lies like that are being told to the American public.”

Illegal border crossings during the Biden administration have skyrocketed. Year-over-year numbers consistently show a rise in border crossings of close to 300% per month since Donald Trump’s last year in office. In August, there were more than 200,000 encounters between border patrol agents and illegal crossers. Since Biden took office in January, well over 1 million illegal migrants have crossed into the U.S.

“These drug cartels, these human traffickers, they are incredibly emboldened to the point where they feel that they can do this without consequence, where they feel they can continue profiting off of trafficking people across these borders that are essentially open,” said the former Hawaiian representative, adding that the border crisis poses a serious national security threat as well as creating a humanitarian crisis.

Gabbard said the administration false story only works to reveal “the arrogance and the self-serving nature of leaders who are in power in this country and the disrespect that they have for the American people.”

Biden units with the CCP not the American People…Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo that the Biden administration’s apparent proclivity for purchasing Chinese drones is “dangerous for national security.”

The Trump-era DNI told the host that it is a major issue that the current administration, through the FBI and Secret Service, has continue to acquire drones from Chinese firm DJI. Among other concerns, DJI was flagged by the Trump administration as a Chinese business with which Americans should be barred from doing business.

The concern among Trump administration officials and GOP members of the legislative branch is that the Chinese Communist Party uses data acquired through the DJI drones to access sensitive information about a range of U.S. subject areas. In the past, police departments have purchased the DJI drones, leaving them vulnerable to data breaches and information hacks by the CCP.

Whereas the Trump administration, according to Ratcliffe, “advanced a policy where we wouldn’t use that Chinese technology,” the continued purchase of Chinese technology that the government has every reason to believe is being used against American interests “is consistent with the Biden administration’s taking a softer approach” toward China.

“This makes very little sense,” added Ratcliffe, but “the Department of Justice gets what it focuses on,” and at the moment, DOJ “thinks American parents are terrorists,” he said, referring to an order issued by Attorney General Merrick Garland last week, in which he instructed the FBI to mobilize against American parents protesting the implementation of Critical Race Theory in their children’s classrooms. A letter to President Joe Biden from the teachers’ union asked the administration to label these distraught parents ‘domestic terrorists.’

Who wants to unit over gutting the lower middle class?Per Steve Moore, “Joe Biden was crowing about the wage gains for workers and, ‘You know they’re up four percent.’ Well, yeah, but if inflation is six percent, your paycheck’s actually shrinking.”

Moore explained that those hurt the most by inflation are the ones living on fixed incomes and making under $50,000 a year.

As inflation increases, there are still 10 million job openings in the U.S. that aren’t being filled because people are being paid to not work, he said. After talking to the CEO of FedEx, which is “one of the 50 largest companies in the world, with over 100,000 employees,” Moore found out that they have 20,000 job openings.

“I estimate that if we had cut the payroll tax last year, rather than increased all the unemployment benefits, we’d have about five million more people working today,” Moore said.

“All of this debt and all this spending and all the taxing that Biden is doing will create a kind of hangover effect,” Moore warned. “And that hangover effect is going to be, I think, felt next year or in 2023.”

Biden has managed to unit Russia’s money with Hunter’s “Art Project” by killing the Keystone Pipeline: U.S. imports of crude oil and petroleum products from Russia reached 22.9 million barrels in March, the highest level since August 2010.
