I hear they have mold issues.

That is a big one!

Actually, this is not as funny as it sounds. Many buildings in earthquake zones are built on springs. At Yokota AB in Japan, there are 9-story apartment buildings. Those people on the top floors report about a one foot sway during an earthquake.

Did they put shaved carrots or mandarin orange slices in it for structural integrity?

Must be jelly cause jam don’t shake like that.

But it’ll attract kaiju like the dickens.

Cute sight gag, but I’ll say it’s not technically possible to build without a LOT of support infrastructure since to get it to gel you need to mix the gelatin into boiling water then refrigerate it. And solar heating during the day would likely destroy any structural strength it had….
