    went to our county fair this year and i bet it would have been fun to have Dill join us. i would have loved his reaction to seeing the cows, goats, sheep, pigs, horses, playing the carnival games, and espcially eating all kinds of fair food.

    Yeah, sure, it’s funny at first glance. Typical Dill, so silly. But it gets kind of sad when you consider the implication of Dill’s parents not caring enough to give him a bath and a wash in who knows how long.
