Typical for a Yong-Thulhu mark 7 multi-planar elevator. Got the usual tesseract abilities and includes material variability for surprises like Horace is experiencing today. For most humans it would be insanity inducing. (Why the senior management in Yian-Ho put them in Escher buildings in other dimensions to higher level intelligences with few exceptions.)

The Houyhnhnms of Houyhnhnm island on Terra dimension. Even though Horace is a throw back to before his species became logical and rational his mind is still complex enough not to lose his sanity.
