Won’t catch their ilk in any heliocopter, no siree. They have their own aerodynamics experts who have proved to their satisfaction that the dang things cannot fly.
When you see parents screaming threats at people who want to protect their children, you must then be prepared to hear from someone on the front line: a comment made by a nurse in Paris, Kentucky,
Most of the COVID ICU admits are unvaccinated (haven’t seen or heard of one otherwise). If you are not vaccinated, many will find it hard to find compassion if you end up in an ICU and you are too old for ECMO (55 is the current cut off here), have been on the vent for too many days in order to be a candidate, or simply (like last year) there aren’t any ECMO beds left. Do not message me asking if I think you or your family will survive their ICU stay. I will tell you no because that’s what history has shown- unless you get an ECMO bed, then your chances seem to be a bit better, but not by much. We now have a solution to this madness. Was I pumped about getting the vaccine? No. In fact, I support it being your decision (oddly enough). If you don’t want to wear a mask, I sincerely don’t care. However, looking at all of these COVID patients who just prior to getting intubated say, “I wish I would have gotten the vaccine”— it is simply senseless. The only people I’ve ever seen come off a ventilator (alive and well) are at UK and those numbers are still relatively unimpressive. Please spare us all the, “I know someone who had a heart attack/stroke/went partially blind/lost a limb/grew a tail from the vaccine”— scout’s honor, those are all things I’ve heard. Just remember, science tells us that correlation is not causation. There were strokes and heart attacks (probably not tails) in the hospital prior to COVID vaccines in “healthy” individuals, their body just did a great job at compensating until it couldn’t. In any case, do what you see fit, I’m just telling you first hand what I get to see three days a week because gone are the times I’ll work 16+ hour shifts or 6-7 days a week. If you think YOU are tired of hearing about COVID, think about us.
I wonder how many anti-vaxers refuse to get their dogs and/or cats vaccinated for distemper and rabies or their horses vaccinated for tetanus, rabies, and EEE/WEE?

Sort of gives new meaning to “Give me Liberty or Give me Death,” doesn’t it? Except it’s not the “me” but a child.

Don’t you dare use resources to help unvaccinated people! They made their choice, don’t punish people in real need for it.

Anti everything-ers still don’t believe this new fangled thing will ever get off the ground. Don’t believe in medical insurance either.

I’m surprised that Cardinal Burke is in an ICU. Was he put there against his will, maybe because he was unconscious?
Or has he recanted his insistence that “God” will protect him?

Children are the least likely to contract and die from CoVid 19’ even the delta variant. This is just playing on emotions.

Why not? We use vast resources for those who drive without insurance and hurt themselves and others?
