As long as there are still deadly covid viruses going around, we should have mandatory masks outside schools, too.

Ariail may not remember the huge outcry about seat belts when they were mandated. Some of my then “young and immortal” friends swore they would never EVER wear them. One of my friends, though, had a job working for a mortuary, and as the newbie, he went out to fatality traffic accidents. He had SOME stories… and one thing he told us: “I have never had to unbuckle a corpse” made enough of an impression on HIMSELF that he went from a never-buckler to using seatbelts every time he was in a car. He even dug the passenger side belt out of the crack in my vehicle. Impressed the heck out of me…

Parents using their children as pawns to support anti-science rants and delusions is the clearest indication of the breakdown of basic fundamentals of society. What normal parent would not do anything up to laying down their lives to protect the life of their children?

Complying with a Stop sign may save your life – so that’s a good thing. Wearing a seat-belt may save your life – so that’s a good thing. Wearing a mask may save someone else’s life – no benefit for me, so that’s a bad thing! /s

Masks do nothing to stop the spread of viruses.

Reason does not work with idiots. I know, because I watch a lot of the rednecks around here blasting through stop signs. A few years ago, one wasn’t so lucky, blew a stop sign when the corn was high and he blasted into the side of a hay wagon. Destroying most of the load of hay and his pickup truck. Idiot. If he had timed it worse, he could have killed the people in the pickup pulling the wagon.

How about mandatory vaccines so that we can forget about masks?

Question: should people who deny science, who are anti-vax, anti-mask, people who are offered free access to vaccinations yet turn them down; should these people then be given medical care when they do get ill from covid and suddenly do want help? Although this question should not be answered, the question should be posed to such people.

Three teachers and one assistant died in Florida. All were not vaccinated.
