Mirror, mirror on the wall.

Basic body fat analyzer:

1. Are you located in an English-speaking country?

2. Are you female?

3. Are you alive?

If the answer to all three questions is “Yes”, then you will be officially designated as fat, no matter what you weigh.

I use my jeans. I wear the same size now at almost 60 years old, as I did when I was 20.

My attitude is that if the jeans feel tight I cut back, and if they feel loose I eat ice cream :-D

The large one outside the shower is the most accurate.

And then there those body fat analyzers handing in the closet.

“If you can pinch an inch”, is what they used to say, but now it’s loose skin, on me.
