Read the terms of service everyone using those platforms must agree to. End of story.

Where will the Loser-in-Chief find an attorney who can argue that point without putting his/her law license in jeopardy? There are consequences; ask Mr. Giuliani. And who would do it knowing he/she probably won’t be paid?

Trump don’t need no stinking megaphone. He is as loud-voiced as Stentor —much, much more so — with the amplification of constant media attention.

It never ceases to amaze me, that there are SO many twits who can’t decipher truth from lies and deceit. They’re lacking common sense. They big reason why they love Sir Lies-A-Lot is GUNS!

Don’t they know they’re getting screwed? its pitiful….if it had not been for his incompetence and lies, 600+ people wouldn’t have died. He knew about covid in December 2019….and did nothing, so he makes wearing a mask, and dissed the vaccine a political stance ….and the twits swallowed his every word….

He does not care about you…or anyone but himself! The proof is in the pudding! Grow up and think for yourself! Get over yourself and get vaccinated! This is a health crisis NOT a political crisis! If you care at all for your family, get the shot!

The media has played into the hands of the narcissist by acting as the echo chamber for his feigned ignorant disinformation and lies. The disruptive authoritarian right-wing “news” outlet laid the foundation of seditious, malicious, disinformation, propaganda, and lies convince the attention seeker to cast aside his Democratic affiliation and intellect and play the role of the irrational, unpredictable, uncivil, offensive, disrupter offering no platform, no manifesto, no national unity, no compassion, no thought, only fear, distrust, disrespect, blame, and hate.

Trump was not a leader but the megaphone for the foundation of authoritarian disinformation, propaganda, and lies … laid down by malicious, seditious, extremist right-wing media and intended to lay waste to democracy.

You do have to admit Facebook is a joke. Their “FACT CHECKERS” are all a bunch of stiffs that only know high brow. One post they said was false was a satire with Cliff Clavin from Cheers making one of his crazy facts. Like a bunch of high brows the FACT CHECK said it was false. Same thing when Floyd Lawson’s famous quote about the weather….FACT CHECKERS claimed it was FALSE. And they love Muslims so much that they threatened FACEBOOK JAIL for hate full statements against the Head Choppers. As far as TWITTER, I could care less…..I have more to do than sit and run chats for hours.

Perhaps, they will false equivalency this in so many ways, but these are private companies, with user agreement, which one has to agree to open an account.

I agree with those saying this is just another way for Trump and his cohorts to grift more money from his increasingly gullible followers.

John Dean: Trump has set quite the trap for himself with lawsuit against Facebook and Twitter

Donald Trump is a different kind of beast. It’s been clear for some time that he’s completely untethered from the truth, and that his army of sycophants is dutifully orbiting Planet B S right along with him. Trump tends to engage with the truth the same way he addressed COVID-19: just ignore it, the thinking goes, and it will disappear on its own. Or, like mixed vegetables, you can hide it in your hulking mound of mashed potato lies so your gape-mouthed troglodyte horde will never even know it’s there.

I sometimes wonder what it feels like to have no shame and absolutely no fealty to the truth. I don’t know about you, but I’d sure like to bask in Walter Mitty-like fantasies about myself—like how I’ve won prestigious-sounding, decidedly nonexistent awards and how Madonna was begging to date me at the height of her fame—but I’m constrained by consensus reality and the fact that I didn’t inherit $413 million from my dad.

You probably saw that Donald Trump has decided to sue Facebook, Twitter, and Google for supposedly violating his First Amendment rights … by enforcing their own terms of service. As lawsuits go, this one is pretty embarrassing. If lawsuits could walk up stairs with toilet paper stuck to the bottom of their shoes while their flaccid, flaxen shocks of corn husk hair decamped from their helmetless Darth Vader heads, that’s what this cosmic yak shart of a lawsuit would be doing right now.

Unfortunately for Trump, lawsuits trigger depositions, and it’s very unlikely that he’ll want to sit for another one of these—especially since his Twitter and Facebook bans were directly tied to his actions on Jan. 6.

Trump may sue, but Zuckerberg has a LOT more money and can counter sue, and sue more often. We might see these big tech companies dismantle Trump financially. One can hope.
