Torrential rains! Anyone remember the torrential rains that started this? Why did we need the torrential rains (that seemed to cover a very limited area) if it is a dam causing the problem? And while that is an amazingly substantial temporary structure wouldn’t torrential rains have torn it right out? And does anyone know how many years of planning it takes to engineer a massive dam? Even with every government official being on the take and accepting bribes this would be talked about for years. The construction has been going on for months… Tarzan never noticed? What is this guy going to get out of it? Lakefront property to sell to tourists? Selling hydroelectric power? (Most governments see the profit in that for themselves… Just how large are these bribes he’s handing out?)
