Alarmingly, very similar to my personal routine.
Nice long dog walk on the schedule for today. It’s 13C (23F) cooler this morning than yesterday at this time.
Tea and cake or death.
If that’s his workout for today, he needs to work on a new daily work out.
He could be getting in a little vestibular rehabilitation without knowing it. It’s treatment for BPPV. (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). I could have just said dizziness caused by inner ear problems, but this is more fun.
