A spatula I get. What I don’t understand is spoons with holes deliberately put in them. The question there is why invent spoons with holes in them? I have to admit I use one regularly but the purpose for which I use it is so unique and individualized, I doubt it was created for that purpose. For those who must know, my use for spoon with holes is in my reply.
I was just back in southern Ohio over the weekend (niece’s wedding & dad’s 90th b-day party); they have the ‘net – but they _don’t_ have reliable cell service. In some areas (where my grandparents’ farm was, for instance) there’s no service.
I mean, c’mon, it’s Ohio; my phone works fine at my son’s house in Alaska……..
Just about everybody has the internet. Once I was in another country and even though they lived in shacks they still had satellite dishes on their roofs.

Only his mother called him Bob. To everyone else he was Robert. You can look it up.

I’m certain she means John Spaduala, fraudulent inventor of the famed kitchen tool.

People will look up the biography of Mr. Spatula. And find that he only invented the fork.
