So many improvements you can live without but would nice to have. Mine is pull out cabinet draweres for pots and pans. For the heavy mixer a shelf that pulls out and up to user height.

What they have here is failure to communicate.
Better unplug the cable/satellite too so she can’t watch HGTV. If you don’t you’ll next be discussing taking out walls for that open concept.

She will then connect to the neighbor’s WiFi and keep going.
