The Houston tiger is now safe and sound. However, the metaphorical Middle East tiger has had its tail grabbed many times, but no one could swing it for very long. Whenever the opposing sides meet together they seldom find negotiating room to swing even an ordinary cat very long.
Sadly, there are too many who accept a binary, right-wrong, black-white, them-us, alt-reality where there are no compromises and no chance of mutual respect/trust and the no chance of seeing the spectrum of points of view [colors] between total darkness and full light. A win-win status with strong interdependence and trust is more enduring than the inaccurate, one-sided win. Subjugation has never created a lasting peace. 20% of Israel’s population is now of Palestinian descent, yet they are not treated as having full rights. This can not last much longer or their society will crumble. We need to reappraise our relationships in the MENA.
Who knew that groups exposed to systemic violence often use systemic violence on other groups? And that almost all groups that do that claim that it’s God’s will. Golly gee, why could it possibly be that wars between factions, sects, religions, tribes, etc etc that do that tend to go on for decades and even centuries? Hmm… Lemme cogitate on that fer a minute or two… I know! We’ll send in some dipstick relative or golf buddy to use as a dumbassador. That’ll make things allllll better. Well… Back to business!
Did anyone believe that The Kush went there to try to negotiate peace?
Perhaps it was to bring back “gifts” in various exchangeable forms. Get a hotel deal in multiple locations including a Mar-A-Lardo East and Mideast. As a sales rep to sell arms to any and all. Or…
There will NEVER be peace between the Israelis and Palenstinians based on the simple fact that the two participants don’t want it. Maybe it’s time we stop trying to force it on them.
“It’s very clear / Our War is here to stay. / Not for a year / But forever and a day! / In time, the Rockies may crumble / Gibraltar may tumble / They’re only made of clay. / But, our War is here to stay.” Apologies to “Our Love is Here To Stay.” Music by George Gershwin, Lyrics by Ira Gershwin after George’s untimely death (1937).
Darn, it’s toO late to send THE ORANGE IDIOT’S favorite flunky after the tiger. The police already caught it. They showed the tiger on TV giving a police officer hugs and kisses.

Who would have thought that there would ever be a problem with negotiating a peace deal without every nation involved being at the table?
Besides everyone.

Who in God’s name built a bomb shelter with the identifying information on the INSIDE of the door? Is that another of SFB Kushner’s insightful ideas?

It’s a good thing they didn’t put Kushner in charge of finding the tiger. He’d come back with a box of Frosted Flakes.

Kushner (and T****) thought any peace plan didn’t have to include the indigenous Palestinian people, just the “Israeli” occupying forces.
