That sounds a lot like me…..

I didn’t mind the traffic if my team won the game.

Wish I could have done that during my two visits to Fenway Park. But the whole student body was there, having come by school bus, so…….

Given Ralph’s habits, I’m surprised that he hasn’t had any food at the game!

Must be Dodgers fans, who’ve been leaving in the 6th inning since 1958.

Now THERE’S an upside to social distancing at ball games. . .the parking lot won’t be crammed, and the traffic will be less. . .better yet, watch it on tv. . .

Or as my Yiddish speaking grandmother (a Dodger’s fan until the day she died) used to call it “The seventh inning kvetch”

My dad used to do that, although it was usually leaving in the top of the 9th.

I always waited for the last out. By then, the worst traffic was gone. If it was a really big crowd, I’d wait until the ground crew covered the field and put out the hoses.
