Whaddaya mean can’t see TV? My dog sees digital screens just fine when its at the right distance and has something on there that actually interests her.
We’ve had four dogs. Only one could see the TV. And she’d go crazy if there was a dog on the screen, barking. If the dog ran off screen she’d run after it only to discover it’s not there.

My dog perks up at the TV with the sight of wolves, dogs and some large animals.

My dogs reacted to horses, cats and other dogs even with the sound off! My cat tried to swat baseball players.

I like the chuckle, but yeah, dogs can see the images same as we can. Still a funny cartoon, though. :-)
