They shoulda named their restaurant Starbite. (Star bite, star bite, I wish I may, I wish I might, first star I sue tonight.)

If this happened in real life, I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised, since people are suing for anything and everything nowadays.

So using liquid nitrogen to chill the drink was not a good idea?
