It’s a badge of honor having that censure. Good on them.

A good way to make them consider leaving the Republican party… and voting against it…

The Republican Party has changed from an elephant to a woolly mammoth and looks like it will soon be just as extinct.

They’ve just crossed over into … “The Twilight Arizona.”

I’ve done the Repubs as a woolly mammoth before, stuck in tar pits, being ridden by GOP cavemen, etc.

“GOP Censure” = “You don’t hate the people we have ORDERED you to hate, so you can’t play with us any longer! So there! NYAHH!!”

I still look to the Terry Shiavo affair as the turning point for the path of the GOP. That has taken longer to unfold than I expected, but unfold it has. Barring a miracle, the GOP is doomed. It’s not going away tomorrow, and it’s not going completely away, but it will be a skinny, castrated remnant of Eisenhower politics.

Arizona’s Three Stooges!

By censuring the only honest Republicans in the state, all the AZ GOP has done is ensure that I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately, for those three on their feet, the GOP has been hijacked be the remnants of the tea party and the nationalists, who have no morals and little sense (read: cognitive abilities to understand a blatant lie). That wing is driving the rational, fiscal conservative wing into extinction.
