Moscow Mitch is still running things. Time to crack down on the anti-democracy republicans.

Taking the one less traveled won’t here.

When you put political wins above the good of the nation and its people, there can be no unity.

Unity to Moscow Mitch still means doing it his way or no deal.

Partisans have no intentions of unity, except to unify themselves to obstruct the other party.

Moscow Mitch is willing to compromise as long as the Democrats do it his way.

Please don’t follow the turtle down that winding dirt road – stay on the straight and well-paved highway with Chuck.

I will be willing to offer the hand of friendship the moment you unclench your fist.

McConnell does not care what happens to America. He only cares about thwarting the Biden administration and maintaining power. Every hour that he stalls and manipulates the governmental process, Americans are losing their jobs, their homes, and their lives, and our country becomes weaker. He needs to be sorted out.

Robert Reich says there is nothing to stop Schumer rewriting the rules of the Senate. Schumer can rewrite the filibuster rules anytime he likes.

Actions speak louder than signs . . .

You will notice that McConnell is taking the “right” path. Too bad it’s not the correct path.

Forget unity. Go with “tit for tat”. The Democrats have a warehouse full of Republican bad behavior to respond to.

Sure, the Republicans are all delighted to work together, kumbaya incorporated, at least they say so until some work actually needs to be done. Then they will have exactly the same primary agenda that they had during Obama’s administration, to obstruct as much as possible to make Biden look as incompetent as possible and retake the White House in four years. Congress needs to review the rules, and since they are in power, rewrite them to give as much power as possible to the Democrats, so they can make as much progress as possible. They can rewrite the rules with each new congress, and there is no reason to buy into the “make nice” & “achieve unity” rhetoric of Republicans who are currently all for letting bygones be bygones and expecting concessions when they have lost all power to bargain. They are like the snake who needed a ride to be rescued. WE KNOW THEY ARE SNAKES, DON’T TAKE THEM IN. BETTER YET DON’T BE TAKEN IN BY THEM!!!!!

At least they have a common goal …
