Just give her some cole slaw and after she’s eaten it, tell her it’s made from cabbage.
The problem I have with cabbage, broccoli etc is it’s always overcooked. Leave a little texture and flavor to it and it’s pretty good stuff. Add some butter, maybe some cashews, and it’s pretty good stuff.
What color would she have turned if it had been purple cabbage. I quite agree with Maria’s reaction here.
I’ve loved cabbage since the first time I had it, as a young child. Now Brussels sprouts, I resemble Maria. HORK! as we say in the catly world.
But I love those faces!
