That must be Trump and company trying to leave as big a mess as possible for the Biden Administration. Then in 2024, the republicans will point to the mess that Trump left and blame it all on the Democrats.

This is what happens when the people in charge are inept, inefficient, out of their depth and liars.

The only part of that activity Trump was involved in and he screwed that up.

Which was Trump’s plan to screw the US all along, no doubt. Everything he has done looks as though it were designed specifically to do as much damage to this country as possible. His total screw-up of the vaccine distribution is just one example.

Others have already pointed out that Gorrell intentionally only labeled the needle “vaccine distribution” instead of “Trump vaccine distribution” to shift blame away from Trump’s complete lack of a federal vaccine plan and place it one everyone else.

You certainly could have done better than that on Martin Luther King Day. A tribute to the Man, perhaps. Wouldn’t take many words and you do have the artistic skills.

We/you were fools to think that anything trump organizes would work well.

The vaccine snafu is mostly happening in the last mile.

It’s Operation Warped Speed…

So, back in the late spring when Trump announced that he was going to issue mandates on handling Covid, folks on the right and left went berserk and accused him of being a dictator. Made 100% certain that he and the rest of the nation understood that only State governments have the right to issue public health mandates and restrictions. Short of a nationwide declaration of martial law the hands of the administration, ANY administration, are tied.

A series of meetings with State officials were set up to coordinate vaccine distribution. A number of hard hit blue States failed to attend or sent low level people with no authority. Then later complained that they had not been consulted.

As we’ve seen so far the roll out results are widely varied. The most egregious bit of stupidity generated out of NY, no surprise, where the idiotic draconian rules set up by Cuomo resulted in hundreds of doses expiring and being THROWN OUT. While millions in NY were being told they were not yet on the list of eligible recipients.

You can’t hang this on Trump. Foolish me. Of course you can, and will, but the basic facts prove otherwise. The NY example is just one of many STATE level screw ups that the federal government has little or no control over.

Did Trump release the vaccines he had in reserve, Bob? Let’s see a cartoon of that to show how he kept more people from dying.

And that’s in a ‘developed’ country. Imagine the problems in the third world. Or, worse, one of those ‘Ayrab’ countries where the West has imposed multiple sanctions.

Trump’s people never understood the difference between the director of an existing organization and being a micro-managing “political officer”, as in the old Soviet Union.

And in a week you’ll be trying to blame President Biden for Trump’s mess… just go away.

Trump was too busy selling 100 pardons at one million dollars each to do any presidenting lately.

A simple bent needle and empty vial would have sufficed.

Biden will fix this. He is planning to use the War Powers Act to speed up distribution of vaccines. We will get through this.
