Look for many Republicans* to suddenly lose significant sections of their memories about how Trump has been Their Messiah for the last four years.

With it absolutely official that Trump LOST, the SDNY and other courts now gear up with their indictments and subpoenas, while notifying the process servers to get ready to go into action on 12:01PM, January 20th. There may even be new charges of inciting riots, reckless endangerment, and manslaughter (if not sedition and insurrection) added from the actions in the last 24 hours alone.

The Republican party should have disqualified Donald Trump from representing their party during the primaries back in 2015 on the basis that his actions and words were anti-American. They didn’t, it built up to yesterday. They are complicit.

Talk about your pot calling the kettle black. Mitch has been the supporter-in-chief until recently and now he wants to put a stop to it. A little late.

Dump goes out and rouses his supporters in DC and they naturally riot, which is what he’s been encouraging them to do since ‘16, and then he suggests they go home?! Oops, he didn’t see the riot coming? Yeah, right.

My favorite song from Brook Benton: “I feel it’s raining all over the world.” Still even he knew that the rain would end and purify the land by the time the sun would come up.

Sure Mitch.. now.. you tell him to shut up. Had you done that back when trumps impeachment was on the table, yesterday would not have happened. America would not be embarrassed by a mob taking over the capitol.. and you would not have lost your job as leader of the Senate. Well done.

I sure saw the sun coming up bright and clear in Georgia this morning. A new beginning- a new chance to restore our country— a new chance to actually Make America Great Again, or at least as good as it ever was.

Just as it has been declared that a man does not sink into depravity all of a sudden, just so a depraved and disreputable man cannot aspire to instant respectability. Mitch McConnell’s too-late and too-feeble (not to mention too-self-serving) stabs at sounding responsible are not believable. The man’s character flaws of all kinds go clear to the bone.

Mitch is just pissed off that Trump cost him being Majority leader in the Senate.

That’s the problem: Mitch and all his ilk have remained silent for too long. too little too late as always Mitch.
